Access for every visitor
We want visitors to be able to understand our content, navigate the website and contact us regardless of ability, technology or method of interaction. Accessibility needs and technologies evolve, so we treat this as a continuing process rather than a one-time task.
01
Our commitment
BrandInk Media is committed to providing a website that is inclusive and accessible to people with diverse visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive and neurological needs.
We consider accessibility in design, content, development and ongoing website maintenance. We also welcome feedback from people who use assistive technologies or encounter barriers that automated checks may not identify.
02
Accessibility standard
We aim to improve this website in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. WCAG is organised around four principles: content should be perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.
A target, not a certificationThis Statement does not claim that every page or feature has been independently audited or fully conforms to every WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criterion. Where we identify a barrier, we aim to assess and address it as part of ongoing improvement.
03
Accessibility features and measures
Depending on the page and content type, measures used on this website may include:
- Clear heading structures, readable content and descriptive page titles.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation, links and interactive controls where technically supported.
- Visible focus indicators to help keyboard users understand their position.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and decorative-image handling where appropriate.
- Colour and contrast choices intended to support readable text and controls.
- Responsive layouts that support zoom and different screen sizes.
- Labels and instructions for forms, with understandable error information where available.
- Support for reduced-motion preferences in animations we control.
- Plain language and meaningful link text wherever practical.
04
Compatibility with browsers and assistive technology
The website is intended to work with current versions of widely used browsers, operating systems and common assistive technologies. This may include keyboard navigation, screen readers, browser zoom, voice-control software and device accessibility settings.
Very old browsers, unsupported operating systems, unusual browser extensions or disabled JavaScript may affect some functionality. For the best experience, keep your browser and assistive technology updated using guidance from their providers.
05
Known and possible limitations
Despite our efforts, some content or features may not yet offer an equally accessible experience. Possible limitations may include:
- Older downloadable documents that are not fully structured for screen readers.
- Some videos, animations or media that may not yet include captions, transcripts or audio descriptions.
- Complex graphics or portfolio examples that may need more detailed text alternatives.
- Form validation or dynamic interface updates that may not be announced consistently by every screen reader.
- Embedded maps, social feeds, scheduling tools, payment tools or other third-party components.
If a limitation prevents you from accessing information or completing an action, please contact us. We will try to offer an accessible alternative and use the report to guide improvements.
06
Third-party content and platforms
Some website functions may rely on third-party services, plug-ins, embedded media or external websites that BrandInk does not design or control. Their accessibility can vary and may change without notice.
We cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party platforms, but we consider accessibility when selecting and configuring services where practical. If a third-party feature creates a barrier, contact us so we can help with the underlying information or task when reasonably possible.
07
Ongoing improvement
We may use a combination of design review, content checks, automated testing, keyboard review and feedback from users to identify accessibility issues. Automated tools are helpful but cannot detect every barrier, so human review remains important.
When we add or substantially update website content, we aim to consider accessibility during planning, design, development and quality review. Priorities may depend on the impact of the issue, number of affected users, technical complexity and availability of an alternative.
08
Feedback and accessibility assistance
If you experience an accessibility barrier on brandink.media, email connect@brandink.media. Please include, where possible:
- The page address or name of the affected content.
- A short description of the problem and what you were trying to do.
- The browser, device and assistive technology you were using.
- Your preferred way for us to respond.
Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback as promptly as practical and will work with you to understand the issue.
09
Alternative formats and communication
If website content is unavailable to you in its current format, ask us for an accessible alternative. Depending on the material and request, we may be able to provide the information as accessible text, a structured document, a plain-language explanation or through another reasonable communication method.
Tell us the content you need and the format that works best for you. We will consider the request in good faith, although complex material or content controlled by another provider may require additional time or a different solution.
10
Escalating an unresolved concern
If you believe an accessibility concern has not been addressed, reply to our latest communication and ask for the matter to be reviewed. Please provide the original report date and any relevant correspondence so we can reassess the issue.
Nothing in this Statement limits any accessibility rights or remedies available under applicable law. Requirements can vary depending on location, business activity and the nature of the digital service.
11
Updates to this Statement
We may update this Accessibility Statement to reflect website changes, improved practices, newly identified limitations, feedback or changes in applicable guidance. The latest version will be posted on this page with its revised date.
We recommend linking this Statement consistently from the website footer so it remains easy to find from any page.
