The voices we use are indistinguishable from human in most conversations under three minutes. Latency is under 700ms, prosody is natural, and the agent handles interruptions and pauses the way a human would. On the question of disclosure: we recommend you always be honest. The agent introduces itself by name and, where required by law or where the caller asks directly, confirms it’s AI-assisted. Most callers actually appreciate the speed and 24/7 availability, even when they know.

We don’t publish ranges because they anchor expectations either too high or too low, and the same call volume can mean very different scope depending on what the agent needs to do. After a 20-minute discovery call we send a fixed setup quote and a transparent per-minute or monthly running cost. No hidden fees, no surprise telephony markups.
The honest answer: it depends on conversation complexity and integration depth. A focused inbound agent with one calendar integration runs shorter; a multi-flow agent handling sales, support, and outbound, with deep CRM and ERP integration, runs longer. The biggest variable is your team’s script and edge-case review speed, we move only as fast as approvals come back. We give a fixed timeline at scoping and stick to it as long as feedback stays on schedule.
English (Indian, US, UK, Australian), Hindi, Hinglish code-switching (the way Indian buyers actually talk), and most major Indian languages including Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, and Kannada. For international clients, we support all major European and Southeast Asian languages too. The agent detects the language the caller starts in and continues in that language unless the caller switches.
Escalation rules. We design specific triggers for when the agent should hand off to a human: angry caller, complex objection outside the script, regulatory request, explicit ask to speak with a person, or any pattern your business defines. The handoff is warm: the agent says it’s connecting them, the call routes to your team with a one-line summary of the conversation so far, and your rep picks up with context, not from scratch. The agent never pretends to know something it doesn’t.
Your data, your records. Call recordings are stored in your account with the telephony provider, transcripts and analytics live in your CRM, and we have access only to administer the agent. We never train shared models on your call data. If you ever want to leave, you take the recordings, the transcripts, the scripts, the agent configuration, all of it.
